We ship daily around the world. We have 24-48 hours for orders to be processed.

We ship from Monday to Friday every day and all our packages are sent express method (24 to 48 hours of delivery). You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number as soon as your yoga mat has been shipped.

For shipments outside the European community we estimate 2 weeks of delivery time from the receipt of the order.

DELIVERIES FOR SPAIN PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ARE FREE FROM 80 EUROS!!!!

The rate for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla is 30 Euros.

If you want to know the cost of your shipment outside of Spain, you only have to create your cart with your order and enter your address, the system will automatically calculate the cost depending on your postal code.

RETURN POLICY

At Caraibi we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges must be made 15 days from the time of receipt of the product. Items should not be washed or altered. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund. Caraibi has the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements.

I purchased on sales or customized will not be allowed for returns. 

PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON SALES OR PERSONALIZED WILL NOT BE ELEGIBLE FOR RETURNS.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You are able to cancel your only if you notify us here (info@caraibi-shop.com) 24 hours after the order was issued.

MINIMUM AGE TO BUY

You will be able to buy in our store if you are 16 years old or older. Please be aware that we are enable to cancel any order if you don’t comply this requirement
