If you have purchased products in pre-sales, the delivery time will be indicated by the description you see on the product (the exact date you will not be able to see, but the month you will receive your yoga mat).

There are 2 differences, the most important is the thickness. The travel mats are only 1mm thick, they are very thin, they have been created for practicing yoga and outdoor sports, on surfaces such as grass and beach sand.

The second difference is that they do not include carrying strap since they can be folded and you can put them in any bag.

Mats with Microfiber Surface: You can wash them by hand with mild natural soaps without bleach, or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle (no spin). Then you should hang it out to dry.

You should never use the dryer.

How to wash my CARAIBI yoga or pilates mat

PU surface mats: You can wash them with antibacterial gel and a damp cloth. Also with vinegar diluted in water and a cloth.

It is important that you have done at least one class and that you have taken into account the sweat of your body during the practice, your height and also your pain threshold in the knees when you have used them as a support center during any sustained asana.

If you consider that you are a person whose hands and feet sweat a lot, the best is undoubtedly a mat with a microfiber surface, since these have an “integrated towel” and will have a non-slip effect every time it comes into contact with the humidity of your body.

If otherwise, you do not sweat during yoga practice or use the mat for pilates or fitness disciplines then your ideal type of mat is the one with an ecological PU surface, since with these, if you do not sweat, there will still be no way to slide. If you buy it because you will use it for pilates, fitness or crossfit, it is best that the surface is not made of fabric but of less delicate materials.

If when you rest your knees on the mat your knees easily hurt, we recommend that you buy a 4mm or 5mm one, which are the thickest. In case you do not perceive a lot of pain supporting your weight on your knees, it is better to buy a 3mm yoga mat since they are lighter to transport.

Each person is different, we have created a mat for each profile.
